Without knowing the actual story it is impossible to know what is going on. You can describe your story without fear of defaming someone. Just don’t use their names. Use psuedonyms if you have to.

You can’t get sued if its the truth and you have it well documented. Just state the facts but do not use any slander names such as crooks or thieves. They will not do anything against you if you have it documented and proven 100% but any heresay should not be published.

Don`t you know that most of our laws have been created in order to benefit the criminals? We`re the ones, the victim, who has to show evidence of their crime. If you have good evidence take it to the FBI or the Federal Justice Department. The “LIBERALISTS STATE” that we`re living in wants to “spank the hands of criminals” so that more people will vote for them.
