Pretty much just about everything the pros do is illegal in true wrestling. The mat techniques and takedowns might be the few exceptions.. but punches, bodyslams, Rock Bottoms, Stunners, Sweet Chim Music, Steel Chairs, etc… are all illegal in amatuer wrestling.
If want some moves that have been used in pro wrestling, look at Kurt Angles moves, he was an Olympic Wrestler and his moves are the ones most like to be legal in Hogh School Wrestling. Look at Chris Benoits moves too. Especially the match they Both had against each other back then in at Royal Rumble, I forgot which.
