    yes if you paid for those dvds and only putting them in your ipod its legal. But if you put it online you can go to jail or get a big *** fine.

    this is kinda iffy, but bottom line if you have the original store purchased DVD’s and you’re putting them on your ipod then it’s legal. So long as you provide proof of those original copies in case you are asked. I highly doubt a cop is going to stop you at the airport while you’re watching your ipod to ask if that is legit.
