His Employer has told him along with all of his employees that they must pay for a safety training course so that the company can have lower insurance costs. Is it legal for the employer to make the employees pay? If they don&#8217;t pay, it was said they will be fined. Is this legal as well?</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not looking for opinions, as I think it&#8217;s total crap, but actual Legal advice or direction to find it.</p></div>
